70 years ago , on February 19th 1944 , Gianfranco De Turris was born in Rome, an essayist and a journalist , founder of the RAI Radio 1 " L' Argonauta " an evolian integral traditionalist (Secretary of the Julius Evola Foundation and a consultant to Edizioni Mediterranee ) , a lover and connoisseur of fantastic literature (especially HP Lovecraft and JRR Tolkien ) and a Chairman of the JRR Tolkien Prize Committee in the years 1980 to 1992 , thus also belonging to the so-called tolkienian right ( destra tolkieniana ).
